An Evolutionary Journey into Sacred Union

Sacred Union is the pathway to oneness, the union of god and goddess within our bodies. As we unite in wholeness, we meet our divinity, allowing the energy of creation to flow through you, alchemizing love to transform the world.

Developed through years of personal reflection, growth, and professional training after heart-break, I was initiated into love. I came to understand how life is love itself and how to move through life with ease, openness, trust, and expansion.

During this evening, I will guide you to connect with your inner feminine and inner masculine energies and experience the interplay between the two. You will begin to understand the dance that is necessary to create ease, openness, trust, and expansion within yourself. A guided activation will be facilitated to open you to sacred union within and be supported in becoming conscious to the blocks that limit your experience of love and life itself. Leave feeling freer and more open-hearted.

Also, please wear light and comfortable clothing as the main studio space is not air conditioned. The lobby, bathrooms, and change rooms are air conditioned.
You will be sitting on the ground. Bolsters, yoga mats, and blankets will be provided to make you more comfortable.
Bring with you a water bottle with a lid. Water is available on site.
Parking is available behind the Island Yoga building. Here there is parking for 8 available spots. Additional parking is available across the street to the right and left of Island Yoga.
